Swim, Bike and Run training sessions (aka Bricks)
Try-a-Tri Brick Sessions
Club Members can get a feel for triathlon or level up fitness by simulating race day. Doing two or three of the sports in a row helps the body adapt. In our experience, it's better done with friends (or future friends you don't know yet). :)
Meet us at Lost Lake Beach for a fun, low-pressure swim-bike-run session. All fitness levels welcome. If this is your first Try a Tri, even better. Lots of fun to be had.
What to expect:

Practice transitions in a relaxed group setting

Swim from the beach: choose your distance, paddle boarder on-site for support

Ride and run the surrounding Lost Lake trails on a suggested route
-
Finish with coffee, snacks, high-fives and training Q+A
First Session:
June 14th
7:30 AM

For more seasoned athletes, treat this as a cool opportunity to train without worrying about leaving your gear unattended.
What to bring:

Transition kit (towel, dry clothes, water and snacks)

bike and bike gear (we'll suggest an MTB route but you're welcome to do a lap on the road or gravel bike if you prefer)

Running shoes and socks

Swim suit, goggles and wetsuit (if you want to borrow something drop us a note)

Race kit: if you don't have a tri suit bring something you'd be comfy wearing on the bike and the run such as a pair of shorts and a jersey.
All you have to do to join us is:
1. Become a member (you can opt for the drop-in rate if not ready to commit)
2. Sign up for the session, below:
