Let's Tri

Swim, Bike and Run training sessions (aka Bricks)

A great way to get a feel for triathlon or level up your triathlon fitness is to simulate race day. Doing two or three of the sports in a row helps the body adapt. In our experience, it's better done with friends (or future friends you don't know yet).

Meet us at Lost Lake Beach for a fun, low-pressure swim-bike-run session.

What to expect:

  • Practice transitions in a relaxed group setting

  • Swim from the beach: choose your distance

  • Ride and run the surrounding Lost Lake trails on a suggested route

  • Finish with coffee and training Q+A

It’s a great way to try all three sports together, build confidence, and train without worrying about leaving your gear or bike unattended.

Our first is June 14th at 7:30AM

What to bring:

  • Transition kit (towel, dry clothes, water and snacks)

  • bike and bike gear (we'll suggest an MTB route but you're welcome to do a lap on the road or gravel bike if you prefer)

  • Running shoes

  • Clothes: if you don't have a tri suit bring something you'd be comfy wearing on the bike and the run such as a pair of shorts and a jersey.
