Let's Ride

In the summer we ride outside on and off road. In the winter we head inside for guided spin sessions at Meadow Park.

Riding Outside

While we don’t run official weekly bike sessions during the summer, we encourage members to get involved with local group rides and represent the club out on the roads and trails.

 

We recommend joining:

You’ll find upcoming sessions and events listed on the Training page (see the website calendar).

We’ll also organize occasional bigger rides, both on and off road, based on member interest throughout the season.

Lastly, members can also get bike training in during our summer brick sessions (swim-bike-run) at Lost Lake. Our first meet-up is planned for June 14 at Lost Lake Beach, with more details coming soon.

Indoor Bike Sessions

Stay strong through the colder months with our indoor spin sessions at Meadow Park Sports Centre, led by longtime Whistler coach and athlete Bob Deeks.

 

These sessions are designed to build bike fitness, improve endurance, and keep you motivated through fall, winter and spring in a fun group environment.

 

What to bring:

  • Your bike

  • Indoor trainer

  • Water bottles

  • Towel

  • Cycling shoes and kit

  • A good attitude for the hard efforts

 

Good to know:

  • Sessions take place indoors at Meadow Park

  • All levels are welcome
