ABOUT THE WHISTLER TRIATHLON CLUB

The Club is here to support all levels of on road and off road triathletes by offering group training sessions, coached clinics and social events. Once you are a member you have access to a range of training sessions that are either free or subsidised.


We do our best to offer something for all levels of triathletes. Our membership welcomes the weekend warrior, the avid fitness enthusiast and those seeking to race and qualify for World Championship events.

Membership of the Whistler Triathlon Club runs on the calendar - January to December annually. Cost is $50 + Tri BC Membership

The Whistler Triathlon Club is run by a dedicated team of volunteers, who all have a passion for triathlon. The committee meets every two months and input from our members is always encouraged.

One of the best aspects of triathlon training is making new friends along the way. By offering training sessions to suit everyones goals, and running social events throughout the year we make it easy for you to connect with fellow triathletes. If you're nervous about starting out, we promise you are in good hands!

Volunteerism

Races do not happen without volunteers! When we are not out there swimming, biking and running we aim to return the favor by helping out at events. Outside of race season, our board members stay busy planning training sessions and events to ensure our members have everything they need to succeed.

Self Improvement

Whether your goal is to make it to the World Championships, or to summon the courage to try your first open-water swim session, we are here to support you along the way. We want our athletes to have fun and build self-confidence while having access to the highest quality of training.

Our mission is to build a sense of belonging and community through athlete support networks, and by promoting education, quality training, goal setting and a healthy lifestyle.
