Group Swim Race

Let's Swim

In the summer we swim outside in Whistler's lakes, when the temp drops we offer swim sessions indoors at Meadow Park.

Open Water Swims on Alta Lake

Join us at 6:00 AM at the Blueberry Docks for open water swims. These are not coached.

Swims are:

Whether you're training for your next race or just getting comfortable in open water, everyone is welcome. We aim to swim for about an hour. The group decides on a route as we get ready.

Want to do your own thing? Warm up with us and splinter off. This is not a formal session, just a chance to gather and swim.

Early mornings, mountain views, and a great crew. A pretty good way to start the day.

What to bring:

  • Wetsuit (recommended) or just your swimmers if you’re brave!

  • Swim cap

  • Goggles

  • Towel

  • Warm clothes for after

  • Water to drink or rinse off (Duck Itch can be a thing mid-summer)

Getting there:

  • Easy street parking nearby

  • Bike-friendly with racks/lock-up spots near the docks

Nervous about joining us? Check out our Friday 500s!

No registration required to swim with us. Just grab your Whistler Tri Club membership (visitors are always welcome too) and show up!

Indoor Swim Sessions

When the temperatures drop, we move indoors to the pool at Meadow Park Sports Centre for structured swim sessions throughout the fall, winter and spring months.

These coached sessions are a great way to build fitness, improve technique, and stay consistent through the off-season in a fun and supportive group environment.

Good to know:

  • Entry to the pool is included in your session block price

  • All levels are welcome

  • Bring your swimsuit, goggles, towel, and water bottle

A perfect way to keep your swim training going all winter long.
