In the summer we swim outside in Whistler's lakes, when the temp drops we offer swim sessions indoors at Meadow Park.
Open Water Swims on Alta Lake
Join us every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:00 AM at the Blueberry Docks on Alta Lake for open water swim sessions with the Whistler Tri Club.
Whether you're training for your next race or just getting comfortable in open water, everyone is welcome.
What to bring:

Wetsuit (recommended) or just your swimmers if you’re brave

Swim cap

Towel

Warm clothes for after

Water to drink or rinse off

Easy street parking nearby

Bike-friendly with racks/lock-up spots near the docks
We also have a paddle board available for support on the water.
Early mornings, mountain views, and a great crew. A pretty good way to start the day.
Indoor Swim Sessions
When the temperatures drop, we move indoors to the pool at Meadow Park Sports Centre for structured swim sessions throughout the fall, winter and spring months.
These coached sessions are a great way to build fitness, improve technique, and stay consistent through the off-season in a fun and supportive group environment.
